Graeme Undy
Managing Director
Graeme amassed over 20 years operational experience working in the logistics sector delivering just in time solutions across warehousing, rail, road and deep-sea logistics in the wider Eddie Stobart business. Then, in 2017, Graeme decided to use his experience in a new direction and helped to set up Stobart Aviation Services.
Within his role as Managing Director, Graeme applies his diverse experience and eye for detail to ensure that Stobart Aviation Services is leading the pack. He aims to apply technology, innovation and real time data to support, engage and leverage the operational performance to deliver best in class service. This is backed up with factual data that can be reviewed and used in future events to engage and focus the teams within Stobart Aviation Services. Outside of work, Graeme is the chairman of the UKWA and proud father of two sons.

Andy Butters
Commercial and Finance Director
As Commercial and Finance Director, Andy is responsible for the financial performance and control of the business as well as customer and supplier contracts. Andy joined the business in May 2018, having previously worked for Stobart Group where he helped support the establishment of Stobart Aviation Services.
Andy is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience. Having trained with what is now PwC, Andy spent seven years working in Corporate Finance with PwC and Grant Thornton before joining Sodexo as a Finance Director, where he worked for 13 years.

Gary Thistlethwaite
Health, Safety and Compliance Manager
As the leader for Health, Safety and Compliance, Gary is responsible for the governance of occupational health and safety at all of our stations. Gary’s career began in logistics in 2004, working for Expert Logistics, Great Bear, and Wincanton, before making a jump to Civil Aviation in 2015 with Swissport in Global Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. Gary joined the Stobart Aviation Services team in July 2019, and has a wealth of experience in implementing sustainable safety and compliance strategies.

Nicola Brownbill
People Manager
Nicola Brownbill graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA Honours in Humanities in 2005 and went on to study further at the University of Wolverhampton and Staffordshire University graduating a further two times with a Diploma and a Masters in Human Resource Management respectively. Nicola has been in generalist Human Resources since 2005, working for the likes of G4S, Kwik Fit and JD Sports Fashion plc before making the move to Stobart Aviation Services in May 2019. She has also held specialist positions in Internal Talent roles and focuses on the people talent for the business through upskilling employees, engaging with the teams and recruiting the best people for Stobart Aviation Services.

Ashwin Namburi
Station Manager, London Southend Airport
Ashwin Completed his MSc in Marketing Management from the University of Luton in 2004. He now has 16 years’ experience in the aviation industry and is an experienced manager dedicated to continuous process improvement in the face of rapidly evolving parameters and a changing industry.
Having joined from London Luton Airport in July 2019, he is now focused on the existing operations in London Southend Airport in order to drive efficiencies. Ashwin has also recently been involved in setting up the ramp operations for Stobart Aviation Services Logistics.

Alan Low
Station Manager, Manchester Airport
Alan has considerable experience in airline ground handling, operations control and airport services.
He started his aviation career with Dan Air, before joining Airtours International, later to be renamed MyTravel Airways. He held several senior management positions at MyTravel Airways including General Manager Operations Control before ultimately becoming the Head of Ground Operations. Within this role he had operational management and procurement responsibility for ground handling for all of the 60+ UK and overseas airports that MyTravel operated into.
In recent years he has carried out several successful consultancy projects with IATA, specialising in ground operations, procurement and airport services with airlines operating across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Gareth Crockett
Station Manager, Stansted Airport
After graduating from university, Gareth joined Servisair as a Passenger Services agent at London Stansted Airport in 1995. In over ten years with Servisair he worked with numerous airlines and held a number of roles, gaining experience in all areas of airline handling. working up to Station Duty Manager.
In 2007 he joined Ryanair for two years as Operations Duty Manager with daily oversight for 45 aircraft and flight deck. Gareth joined the Stobart Group in 2009 as Airport Duty Manager at London Southend Airport. Continued expansion at London Southend Airport led to his promotion to Station Manager responsible for the Front of House, Ramp and Operations teams, before transitioning to Stobart Aviation Services in 2018. In January 2019 Gareth made an internal move back to London Stansted Airport to become Station Manager there.

Pauline Farquhar
Station Manager, Glasgow Airport
Pauline was appointed as Station Manager for Stobart Aviation Services in 2019 at Glasgow Airport, where she is responsible for the oversight of the airport operation, ensuring her team delivers to the highest standards in customer service and safety. Prior to joining Stobart Aviation Services, Pauline worked with British Airways for 34 years operating across its extensive network. She has spent most of her career at Glasgow Airport prior to moving to London in 2012 where she worked as a Customer Proposition Manager and Business Delivery Project Manager.
